Building & Construction, Strata & Property Partner in NSW
It is with great delight that we announce the promotion of Jessica Bates to head up our Building & Construction, Strata & Property teams in New South Wales.
Jessica is an experienced and enthusiastic solicitor with over 15 years’ experience in Litigation, Strata, Property & Building and Construction law and she is passionate about all things strata and construction.
She will manage the team of Lawyers and associated support staff in delivering our services in the following major areas.
Strata & Property
In the Strata & Property area Jessica will manage your strata or community scheme’s by-laws, community management statements, leases, licences, property, strata management statements, agreements (building management agreements/services agreements such as cleaning contracts), strata disputes and any strata questions.
Building & Construction
In the Building & Construction area Jessica will manage your building and construction defect claims, advice and remedial contracts, reviewing, advising and drafting remedial contracts, Security for Payment Act claims and all advices on building and construction matters.
