Paul Berrill is an experienced construction lawyer and Special Counsel at Grace Lawyers. With extensive expertise in managing large and complex disputes and negotiations, he regularly represents clients in court. Paul practises in New South Wales and Victoria, having appeared in all courts and tribunals, including the High Court.

With his knowledge and diverse clientele, Paul has handled many building disputes, contract negotiations, remedial building contracts, security for payment claims, general negligence actions and mediations. During his time at Grace he has represented some of Australia’s largest owners corporations, in multi-million-dollar construction disputes and remedial works projects, as well as delivering training and seminar presentations.

Paul specialises in resolving large and complex disputes between builders and owners/owners corporations, including defects claims related to residential buildings, multi titled developments, large scale developments, houses, swimming pools, schools, and golf courses.
