Nick is a commercial litigation lawyer who has extensive experience in carrying out complex litigation projects in superior courts and tribunals. His recent experience has been in large NSW Supreme Court claims over Home Building Act defects, a Supreme Court claim for unpaid company dividends, District Court claims over defective strata common property and strata leasehold building defects. He also has an excellent knowledge of conducting appeal cases in the superior appeal courts. He has practised as an advocate for over twenty years and uses his experience in evidence law in his litigation practice to seek the best results possible for his clients.
