Mark is an associate in our insolvency, strata debt recovery, and general and commercial litigation practice areas.
Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Adelaide. He worked as a solicitor with the Australian Government Solicitor for many years in its Adelaide and Sydney offices.
His practice was principally in litigation involving the Commonwealth, across the range of prosecutions, customs, taxation, child support, debt recovery, personal injury and workers compensation.
Upon leaving the AGS, Mark has been employed in private practice in a number of suburban and CBD law firms, practicing predominantly in general litigation, and specifically debt recovery and commercial litigation.
Since joining Grace Lawyers in September 2011, Mark has practiced principally in the insolvency, debt collection and insurance practice areas.
Mark regularly appears in the Federal Circuit Court and the Supreme Court on bankruptcy and winding up proceedings, and also the Local Court for commercial and insurance litigation.
Mark is a member of the Law Society of NSW and the City of Sydney Law Society.
