Linda Standley joined us in November 2018 as our HR & Office Manager.
Having worked in a corporate office environment for more than 20 years Linda brings with her a wealth of experience in all aspects of finance, office and administration functions and responsibilities.
Although Linda’s background was largely in finance, eventually earning her the position of Finance and Administration Manager of a large Regional and Group Training organisation of which she held for 10 years, she grew an interest in mastering the Human Resources and Administration responsibilities essential to enhance a corporation.
This resulted in Linda undertaking her Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) which complimented by a Diploma in Accounting (DippAcc) equips Linda to be a master in every aspect of office management.
Always keen to 'Make a difference' she is a true team player who recognises the importance of intellectual assets in achieving the goals and vision of the organisation. With a passion for mentoring, leading, motivating, training and supporting talented employees she thrives on gaining the best of people, processes and systems. Encouraging change in the pursuit of efficiency.
In addition to Linda’s many years of management experience and formal education her personal business and family achievements provide her with the tools and expertise essential to ensuring successful outcomes not only for the business as a whole but also to valued members of the team.
