With extensive experience in debt recovery across multiple states, she combines her background in Information Technology with her expertise in high-volume legal debt recovery.

This unique blend allows Caroline to implement effective and efficient debt management strategies while preserving positive relationships with owners and strata managers. Her team focuses on streamlining the recovery of levy arrears at competitive rates, alleviating the administrative burden on strata managers and their in-house teams. Caroline also handles minor disputes, such as issues related to the receipt of levy notices, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.

Caroline grew up in Sydney, NSW, beginning her career in the Information Technology sector before transitioning to debt recovery law. With a strong passion for recovering funds for schemes, she thrives on tackling the challenges that arise in this field.

In her free time, Caroline enjoys binge-watching shows on streaming platforms, attending comedy stand-up performances, and taking leisurely walks with her dog, Jasper.
